INFORMATION ON CONSULAR PROCEDURES
We would like to inform that, in order to speed up the application procedure, for some types of cases, it is possible to prepare the applications online. This requires prior registration in the Konzinfo Start application.
After the profile registration, applications can be selected from the Online forms menu. During the online application process, supporting documents can also be attached. Once the procedure is completed, a confirmation message will be sent and the form will be stored in the user’s account. After the submission, it is necessary to print the form with the QR code, and this form together with the original supporting documents must be presented at the Consulate during the personal meeting.
